Andrew Arden QC has appeared in many of the leading cases in housing law over the past 30 years. He is author or editor of the principal practitioner texts on housing law, including the Encyclopaedia of Housing Law, Housing Law Reports, Journal of Housing Law, Arden & Partington's Housing Law, Local Government Constitutional and Administrative Law (all Sweet & Maxwell), Manual of Housing Law and Quiet Enjoyment (LAG).

Justin Bates is a barrister and member of Arden Chambers. His practice covers all aspects of housing, property and local government law. Justin is the deputy general editor of the Encyclopaedia of Housing Law, a contributing editor to Arden & Partington's Housing Law and Local Government Constitutional and Administrative Law (all Sweet &Maxwell) and co-author of Leasehold Disputes (LAG).

Toby Vanhegan is a barrister and member of Arden Chambers specialising in housing law particularly homelessness, immigration and asylum, human rights and EU law. He has a particular knowledge and expertise in issues of eligibility, especially in the context of housing. Toby has written articles for Journal of Housing Law and Legal Action concerning freedom of movement of persons within the newly expanded EU. He speaks regularly at conferences and provides legal training courses.
