Maite Barón is ‘The Corporate Escape CoachTM’ and co-founder of The Corporate Escape FoundationTM: Business with Heart & Soul, born to bring passion and meaning back into the workplace and in society as a whole. While growing up in Barcelona, Maite studied psychology, after two years she left university disillusioned and began to work as a fashion designer. She moved to work in London and was made redundant at the age of 28. At a crossroad, she returned to her interest in people, first by teaching interior design and then becoming an artist in residence. She then qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, coaching and change processes becoming a leading coaching consultant, working with individuals and multinationals. She is now firmly focused on creating life-transforming programmes for those who want to leave the rat race to create a more rewarding future as New Entrepreneurs.
