Vicki Wusche - sometimes known as 'The Property Mermaid' because of her two passions property and scuba diving, left the world of personal development in 2008 and started her journey into property investment. Vicki's core principle and driving force are to share knowledge which she realised when she started to write the first edition of Using Other People's Money: How to invest in property in 2010. She then wrote a second book published in July 2012 called Make More Money From Property: From investor thinking to a business mindset. In her latest publication Property for the Next Generation: Preparing your family for a wealthy future Vicky lays out the seven most important financial lessons our children need to know. Vicki Wusche has been actively buying cashflow property investments for herself and her clients for the last three years. During that time she has helped hundreds of people recognise what property can do for them and become more financially secure.
