Synopsis

William is a boy with a very unpleasant habit. He breaks wind just for fun. He quite literally farts in the face of danger. However, things take an unsavoury turn one day when he suffers an unexpected gassy attack at the worst possible moment, exposing him to a dose of his own medicine. Will this teach him to mend his malodorous ways?

The LEARNING FROM OUR MISTAKES series is a collection of short, poignant stories about kids with nasty habits. Readers are introduced to rude boys and smelly girls, all of them as real as the wind and the rain. These are the type of brats found in classrooms and playgrounds the world over. I'm sure you've met them already.

Kids and adults of all ages will find these tales fun. But please be aware, young readers (and their parents) must possess a keen sense of toilet-humour before attempting to read these stories.

À propos de l'auteur

Dr JA Kahn is a professional doctor and author. Born in London, he now lives with his wife and four children in the another part of the country (location withheld due to his covert nature). He fills his spare time with reading (very slowly – he has just finished reading the 2nd book in the Game of Thrones series; it has taken him over 18 months). He also enjoys gardening, and DIY. In addition to the Learning From Our Mistakes Series, he has written The Dreadful Demise of Jake Walton (a chilling comedy-horror story for teen readers), and is currently working on a collection of monster stories (soon to be published). He also hopes to extend the Jake Walton series and has a sequel lined up.
