Nick Burrows is Head of Indirect Taxes at PS Tax. He has been working in VAT for over 30 years and has specialised in Public Sector VAT since 1994. He has advised local, police and fire authorities, NHS bodies, NDPBs, government departments and agencies and third sector bodies, and has has led VAT advice nationally on a wide range of Public Sector issues and helped shape HMRC policy in a number of key areas. Richard Strevens is Principal Indirect Taxes Consultant at PS Tax. His career in VAT began at East Hertfordshire District Council before he took up a dedicated VAT Manager role at London Borough of Barnet in 1998. He has acted as chair of the North London Boroughs VAT Group and has represented London authorities on the National Local Authority VAT Consultative Group.
