Présentation de l'éditeur

This is a sequel to When You Pray, and it is about what happens when the Lord comes closer and gives more of himself in personal prayer. This is when we can reach the disaming point when prayer no longer seems to work for us. The author tells us that the book had its origins in reflection on the prayer experiences of many people, including those experiences shared during spiritual direction and directed retreats. Prayer is a flowering of the humble seed we receive at baptism. The journey is open to all who are baptised, and who give time to listen to the wonder of this gift that is within them. The wonder is: God's enormous desire to draw us close to him. Are we willing to respond to such a loving and personal God?
