Griff is a dog made of stone. By day he sits in Mrs. McGuillycuddy’s garden, but each night he comes to life, and goes on adventures with his friend Samson the cat. He makes friends with a small boy called Tyler, a couple of lost pigeons, two squabbling squirrel brothers and other animals. He has a fight with a vicious dog, chases off two cheeky rabbits and deals with the despicable Mr. Saybin.
‘There is often magic in the air at sunset. For stone dog Griff it is a special magic that gives him life. Allow yourself to be swept along by Griff’s exciting adventures and the curious characters he encounters once the sun has set. You won’t be disappointed…and you will be surprised!’ Mark Billen, author and playwright
