A propos du livre

À propos de l'auteur

Lynda Dunwell is a LSE graduate and has taught economics and business studies for twenty years. She has worked as a press officer, advertisement copy writer and tourist information officer. As a teenager Lynda read the novels of Jane Austen and Georgette Heyer. Today, she still dips into them to rekindle the flavour of the Regency life, which she adores including clothes, games, houses, pastimes and even food! Although based in the landlocked English Midlands, Lynda loves the sea and adores cruising. She finds Regency history fascinating especially King George III’s navy because there was a captaincy in every midshipman’s tool bag. She is a member of the UK Romantic Novelists’ Association, the Historical Novels Society and the Jane Austen Society. Lynda is a member of the Society of Genealogists and has traced her paternal family line back to 1485. Currently she is researching her female line which she describes as “far more challenging.” Website: http://www.lyndadunwell.com
