Amy Raphael has been writing about popular culture and sports for more than 25 years. Most recently she co-wrote Steve Coogan's autobiography, Easily Distracted. Previous staff jobs include features editor of both The Face and Elle, followed by over five years as both editor-at-large and sports editor of Esquire. Gary Lineker is a sports broadcaster and a former professional soccer player.
