The book features case studies, exercises to illustrate the concepts, and opportunities for critical thinking, allowing movement professionals not only to understand the science behind why techniques and modalities work, but also to explore ways of implementing these approaches with their patients.
The work is written for the curious movement professional who wants to enhance their ability to work with students of all ages and abilities.
