Synopsis

With the increasing importance of collaboration in the siloed world of business, the second edition of The Little Booklet on Business Design overlays people, technology, market, and structure - and it helps to understand how they might interact.

Business Design lets entrepreneurs use the principles of designers to help turn their ideas into reality. Built on playful design methods to explore opportunities, these techniques allow you to look at a business challenge from the perspective of a designer. The method starts with your customers' needs, incorporating your vision and learning from your own experiences. By combining analysis and strategic thinking with intuition and visualisation, you'll be better equipped to create impactful business ventures. It places your customers and your own passion at the core of your business and helps to clearly articulate the value you bring to their lives.

The book gives you the opportunity to map out the business idea through a step-by-step process. Key aspects of designing a business are explored in a fun and engaging process. The process is visually and verbally presented and will be valuable for all curious entrepreneurs as well as intrapreneurs.

Welcome to the world of Business Design and turn your long-cherished business dream into a reality!
