Have you ever wanted a simpler life? Simpler relationships with partners, families, friends or at work? When you are stuck, would you like to find a simple and effective way to move forward? Would you like things to be different? Or to make a difference for others?
Following on from the acclaimed 'What's Your URP?', Andrew Gibson combines elements of storytelling, networking, social capital, and a host of useful tools to help you take control of your life. The methods he shares will reduce the time and money you spend on unnecessary complexities, help you look for the simple and effective next steps, and make more of a difference for yourself and your network.
This book will change the way you look at life. You will spend more time looking outwards at how you help others, and in turn, you will build a supportive network that will help you. You will spend less time worrying about what others think, and more time noticing the positives and the differences you and others are making.
After you have read this book, you will enjoy a fresh perspective, and perhaps even a new path. Every journey starts with a small step, and this book will help you every step of the way.

Andrew specialises in helping people to start and grow new businesses. His specific skill is in helping people make a sustainable income from their self-employment. He also specialises in working with charities, community companies and social enterprises to help them make sustainable revenues, breaking the cycle of grant funding so they can secure the future of their service for their clients. Having started his career with Unilever PLC, Andrew benefitted from some of the best management training in industry. Management positions in Engineering then National Accounts followed before he left to head up a Business Unit for Bass Brewers Ltd in the North and North East region. While at Bass, Andrew created and launched a dot.com that became the on-line ordering platform for the UK Licensed Trade, before leaving to help a friend establish a new Web Development Company. He found his true passion for coaching in 2007 with a project in Bradford helping people with very little to their name to start new businesses. The coaching model he was trained in (and still uses to this day) delivers a survival rate after 12 months of over 90% for new businesses he has supported. Andrew is on the Yorkshire Regional Director Team for BNI, he is an international speaker on the subject of coaching and word of mouth referral generation, and he is passionate about making a difference with people who have the greatest need. His secrets to success are contained within his books, 'Make Life Simple' and 'What’s Your URP?'
