Dr Haili Hughes is the Director of Education at IRIS Connect and leads mentoring on the international PGCE and IQTS at the University of Sunderland. She is also a Senior Programme Associate at UCL's Institute of Education and an advisor at the Department for Education. She was a teacher and school leader for the best part of 20 years. She's written numerous books with many more on the way and speaks at hundreds of schools every year, both nationally and internationally. She facilitates the ECF and NPQLTD.
