Richard Medcalf is a trusted advisor to some of the most successful founders and CEOs on the planet. Top of his year at Oxford University, and subsequently a Partner in a global strategy consultancy and a senior executive at tech giant Cisco, he is the founder of leadership consultancy Xquadrant.
