Capital DJ Roman Kemp has achieved much success but he hasn't had an easy ride. He's battled depression since the age of 15, once contemplated suicide, and has bravely fought to smash the stigma still surrounding medication and mental health.

Roman Kemp is a TV personality as well as a Presenter and Radio host on Capital FM.
With over 280,000 Twitter followers, 374,000 TikTok followers, and a massive 1.4M followers on Instagram, and not forgetting his humorous appearance on Celebrity Gogglebox with father Martin Kemp, he regularly entertains his fans with funny videos, silly anecdotes and comical one-liners. Yet, the 29-year-old also uses his voice to candidly lift the lid on mental health struggles and support charities such as Red Nose Day and Joe’s Buddy Line - a charity set up to help promote and protect the mental health of young people.
Roman never shies away from the topic of mental health and is an advocate for the prevention of male suicide, especially following the sudden loss of close friend and colleague Joe Lyons.
