À propos de l?auteur

Professor Sarah Lupton holds a personal chair at the Welsh School of Architecture and is a partner at Lupton Stellakis. She lectures widely on construction law and serves as arbitrator, adjudicator and expert witness. Sarah represents the RIBA on the JCT Drafting Sub-Committee and is the author of books on construction law, including the JCT and RIBA standard form contracts. She is a member of the CIC Liability Panel, and has chaired the Panel for over ten years. Sarah has authored Design Liability in Construction *and co-authored *Which Contract? with Manos Stellakis.

Manos Stellakis is a partner at Lupton Stellakis and teaches at several architecture schools. He is External Examiner at Queens University Belfast and APEAS. He has held visiting academic roles, including Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Welsh School of Architecture. Manos has served on various RIBA committees and co-authored several books with Sarah Lupton, including Which Contract? and the Through the Legislation Maze series on energy conservation and health and safety.
