Malka Marom is a writer and musician from Canada. During the '60s, she performed as part of Malka and Joso - a folk duo who recorded several albums for Capitol Records. Marom has also produced radio documentaries for CBC. Her novel Sulha was released in 1990, with Joni Mitchell: Both Sides Now - a book made up of her conversations with the world-renowned singer being released in 2014.
