Sue is a primary school teacher, which she has enjoyed for the past 20 years. This is mainly in Key Stage 1 where she developed her love of sharing books with children. She is constantly in awe at how books capture and develop children's imagination. Reading stories to her class gave her the inspiration to start writing children's stories. Her personal dream is to read her own book to her class. She is also passionate about saving our amazing sea life from plastic pollution. She firmly believes we can all play a part in helping to reduce the amount of plastic that is being used. She knows that educating children about plastic pollution is such an important factor in solving the plastic problem. Therefore she has combined her two passions through publishing 'Turtle in a Tangle'.
