First published in 1954 this is the only book ever published on the history of Wimbish: a village in the NW of Essex. Thisedition is reset and contains al the text and photographs as they appeared in the original. In addition there is a short biographical introduction by Harry Wiseman, a nephew of the late author. The late Isabel Wiseman was a member of a family that has lived and farmed in Wimbish for many hundreds of years and whose ancestors played significant roles in its history.
