Synopsis

* Book 2 of the Odyssey Earth series – a heart-warming space adventure *

Typical. Travel fifty trillion miles without finding a habitable planet, and then two come along at once.

The mission is not exactly going to plan for the New Earth settlers. Captain Juno Washington is feeling the pressure, and Reeves, the know-it-all AI, seems strangely out of sorts.

Meanwhile, the missing castaways are figuring out how to survive on an uncharted alien planet – they just need to work out the rules. Which leaves unwilling space adventurer, Jordan Booth, with nothing much to do except complain – campfire cooking, outdoor showers, do not recommend.

As the unknown planet starts to give up its secrets, and new arrivals threaten the mission, friends become separated and family ties are tested. In the end, it all comes down to trust.

Who’s on your side? Who’s got your back? And who’s coming to the rescue?

If you like character-led SciFi with heart and humour, then you’ll love Twin Landing. Perfect for fans of snappy dialogue, strong, relatable characters, slow-burn action, and coming-of-age, found-family adventures.

Follow the Odyssey Earth story across three galaxy-spanning books – Orphan Planet, Twin Landing, and Star Bound.

À propos de l'auteur

Rex Burke is a SciFi writer based in North Yorkshire, UK. When he was young, he read every one of those yellow-jacketed Victor Gollancz hardbacks in his local library. That feeling of out-of-this-world amazement has never left him - and keeps him company as he writes his own SciFi adventures. When he's not writing, he travels - one way or another, he'll get to the stars, even if it's just as stardust when his own story is done.
