Financial remedies is an ever-evolving field, making it difficult for practitioners to advise their clients with certainty. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Mark Ablett is a barrister specialising in the full spectrum of the consequences of relationship breakdown both in financial terms and where children are involved. He is frequently instructed in high value and complex financial cases and his abilities have been described as “way beyond his year of call”. He is frequently published in journals and contributes to practitioner texts, as well as regularly giving seminars and running the Family Law Podcast, which is leading in its category.
