AJ Woods is a retired academic statistician living in the South of England who spent a fulfilling career working in two dozen countries using three languages. Much of that work involved writing – courses, reports, textbooks. ‘Two Pieces of Putty’ is AJ’s first novel but spending so much time in the company of Kate Walker has created a strong affinity with her and her next adventure is already being planned.
