His work has taken him to more than 25 countries, where he helps schools, organisations, and leaders rediscover the power of play to strengthen mental health, connection, and leadership.Dale is the author of 'All Work No Play', 'The Playful Astronauts', and '365 Days of Play', a TEDx speaker, and co-host of the Energetic Radiopodcast. His passion lies in creating spaces where adults reconnect with the joy, courage, and authenticity of childhood, and carry those qualities into leadership and everyday life.
Paul brings deep experience from classrooms and leadership teams, having worked as a teacher, Assistant Principal, and wellbeing leader. Nick is a high-performance culture and leadership coach who works at the intersection of elite sport and education. With over 20 years' experience, he is a trusted advisor to athletes and coaching staff across the AFL/W, NBL, and NBA, helping teams build trust, resilience, and sustainable high performance.Nick's leadership philosophy was shaped through 18 years leading elite Outdoor Education programs in Tasmania, where shared challenge and real consequence forged deep lessons in grit, empathy, and connection. Nick has also had three incredible years at an elite school in Ho Chi Mihn City, Saigon South International School.
