T. C. Downer is an author and freelance writer. Downer is bilingual, fluent in both French and English (Canadian, eh). Downer completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Ottawa, and then went on to complete a Post-Graduate in Autism and Behavioural Science at George Brown College. An avid seeker of knowledge, no topic is off limits. Downer enjoys reading, writing (obviously), and almost anything attached to the promise of fun.
