Synopsis

It’s not every poet who can rouse critical comment from the likes of James Joyce, Jesus Christ, Andy Warhol, Nancy Marchand, Robert Frost and more, but Ann Curran manages that and much more with poems garnered from years of journalistic interviews with the rich, the famous, the odd, the criminal, the extraordinary, not to mention all the poetry she extracts from such simple everyday events as looking at a fifth grader’s dictionary or her own red purse. Charming! Hilarious! Ironic! Iconic! A bargain at any price!
