He currently works as an engineer in the Technical Support division, and is a certified Check Point and Nokia Security Administration (NSA) instructor. His specialties include UNIX network security and firewall network integration. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and is a member ofthe Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), USENIX, and SAGE, the System Administrator's Guild.
