    Emory Goodman has been the pastor of Cliffdale Christian Center in Fayetteville, North Carolina since 1988. The church began with just a handful of people when he first arrived and today has become one of the largest congregations in the area. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Emory worked in Haiti for nearly five years as a missionary. While in Haiti, Pastor Goodman founded Gospel Team Outreach (GTO), an international ministry that involves evangelism, church planting, leadership seminars, children's ministry, and medical outreach abroad. Stateside, GTO maintains a full-time Discipleship Training Center for men and various other ministries as well. In addition, the Gospel Team Outreach Ministry Training School has effectively operated since 1990 in order to equip believers for the work of the ministry.

    Pastor Goodman authored the Ministry Training School curriculum that is currently being utilized to train believers in many countries and cities across the United States. He continues to travel extensively, both in the States and abroad, teaching and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
