Dr. Barbara Laughlin Adler is professor emerita at Concordia University-Ann Arbor, where she taught Oral Reading of the Bible, Literature and Rhetoric for 34 years. Dr. Adler currently offers training for parish lay readers, and volunteers at the Michigan District-LCMS.
