Présentation de l'éditeur

Frank Rivers is a homicide Detective in the Houston Police Department. He is assigned a new partner because he arrested his former partner for fraud and murder. Geraldine Gardner is an attractive and capable policewoman with under-cover experince as a stand-up comic, an apt assignment since someone is posioning headliner stand-ups in Houston's downtown area. Frank suspects a phantom drugdealer , the owner of 'The Ha Ha House', Reuben Rankin and even his boss, the Chief of Police. Rankin is in a wheelchair after an 'accident' in Las Vegas, Nevada. Send Out The Clowns is a detective/police story that injects healthy and supportive doses of romance, comedy and human interest. The novel's color and life literally pumps oxygen into the thin air of the typical detective story
