Pat McCarthy has spent over 20 years in Seattle's food environment: from Torrefazione Italia to Pagliacci Pizza, Macrina Bakery and, of course, DeLaurenti Food & Wine. Pat is the proud parent of Jack and Claire and when not in the store, enjoys riding his bike, running, cooking and eating with friends.

After 9 years working in the Seattle coffee industry at Torrefazione Italia, Matt Snyder came to DeLaurenti in 2001. He loves his family and friends, good food and wine, and being outside. Matt lives in West Seattle with his wife, Jackie, and two daughters, Ryan and Ceci.

Seattle native Jim Henkens has spent the last two decades shooting fashion, lifestyle and food imagery for global retail clients and publications. When he's not on assignment, there's a good chance you will find him remodeling a bathroom, combing an antique market, harvesting vegetables, hosting a dinner party or chopping wood. Jim has a love of life's quality ingredients and artfully blends these passions into his photography. He lives in Seattle with his wife, Jenny, and a blue heeler named Sage.
