His work focuses on the progressing evolution of visual techniques, especially the effects of digital photography and digital imaging on graphic design.Based in Bad Homburg, Germany, information designer Rainer Dorau specializes in user interface design and user assistance systems where digital photography touches his daily work in various ways. For many years the committed photo enthusiast has been contributing to numerous book projects on digital imaging, both as a writer and a layout designer. His passion for digital photography emanates from his fascination for modern technologies and his enjoyment of photographic images.Once a dedicated student of the works of Shakespeare and Dickens, Rudolf Krahm today works as a freelance translator (English/German) and editor for technical documents and books on digital imaging and photography.
