Matthew Rothenberg is editor-in-chief of TheLadders. He has written professionally about people's careers, lives and passions for more than two decades. He began his career in technology journalism and was editor-in-chief of eWEEK magazine along with stints at ZDNet, CNET and Hachette Filipacchi. Matthew won the Jesse H.
