Rhea Taylor Gill understands from the inside out the structure, creativity and challenges of Waldorf schools both in the U.S. and in Canada. She is a longtime student of Rudolf Steiner's revolutionary concepts of social structure, called by most, the Threefold Social Organism. With her years of experience as administrator in two Waldorf schools, one in Vancouver, and one in New Hampshire, she brings a wealth of insight from her long practice and in depth study about efficient and creative approaches to school governance, in any school!
