"...this book is an important portrait of one of the foundations of our country's democracy, and of the struggles to hold on to that idea."
--RICK BASS
Originally published a dozen years ago, Hawks Rest brings the wonder, politics, and wildness of one of our nation's most revered national parks to readers everywhere. With an introduction by renowned author Gary Ferguson, this new edition offers fresh insight into the reintroduction of wolves to Yellowstone and the importance of wilderness preservation in the face of today's changing climate.Les informations fournies dans la section « Synopsis » peuvent faire référence à une autre édition de ce titre.
