Glen T. Martin, Ph.D. is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy at Radford University in Virginia. He is President of the International Philosophers for Peace, Executive Director of the Earth Constitution Institute (ECI), and President of the World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA). ECI and WCPA are cooperating global organizations that sponsor the Constitution for the Federation of Earth and organize sessions of the Provisional World Parliament. Dr. Martin travels and lectures worldwide on behalf of the Earth Constitution, the philosophical foundations of emerging world law, and the development of a binding world court system. Dr. Martin was in college during the 1960s when the U.S. government was drafting young people into the military industrial complex. He declared himself a conscientious objector and refused to enter any organization dedicated to war, which he considers to be just another form of murder. Dr. Martin has long been a critic and resister of the dominant world system of militarized sovereign nation-states integrated with growth-based, exploitive capitalism. He has philosophically developed an alternative world federalist vision of planetary peace and justice based on the Earth Constitution. Dr. Martin has received several international peace awards, including the Gusi Peace Prize International in Manila, Philippines (2013). He has published hundreds of articles concerning freedom, peace, justice, human rights, and sustainability in popular as well as academic venues, and he is the author or editor of twelve books.

Rev. Laura M. George, J.D. is a retired attorney and Executive Director of The Oracle Institute, a 501(c)(3) educational charity. Oracle serves as an "Advocate for Peace and a Vanguard for Conscious Evolution," and its formal mission statement is Thomas Jefferson's Act for Religious Freedom. Oracle operates as a spiritual think-tank and studies the nexus between religion, politics, human rights, and conscious evolution. Rev. George often writes about the "Trickle-Down Deity Theory," which posits that humanity's view of the Godhead necessarily defines all cultural experience. She is the author of the award-winning Oracle Trilogy: The Truth, The Love, and The Light (www.TheOracleInstitute.org). At the Peace Pentagon in Independence, Virginia, Rev. George oversees Oracle's award-winning publishing house, multi-faith spirituality school, and peacebuilding practice (www.PeacePentagon.net). Ellen H. Brown, J.D. is an attorney and founder of the Public Banking Institute, which assists municipalities in setting up banks that serve as depositories for local funds and service local community needs. She is the author of more than a dozen books and hundreds of articles. In her bestselling book "Web of Debt," Ellen exposed the Federal Reserve as a private banking cartel that has usurped the people's power to create money. The book also explains how "We the People" can take back this power. In her latest book, The Public Bank Solution, Ellen explains how public banks are designed to operate in the public interest. She also co-hosts a radio program called "It's Our Money," and she is a Fellow of the Democracy Collaborative.
