After leaving a twenty year career in education in 2001, Elizabeth Popish went on to write a Colorado Gold Writing Contest finalist novel, receive certification in interior desgn, co-own a seasonal garden and home décor store, and serve on numerous community boards. In 2009, she turned her attention to the field of optimal living, including positive psychology and the emerging science of happiness, in which she received certification from Harvard professor, Dr. Tal Ben-Sharar. Elizabeth and her husband, Steve, reside in Boise, ID, where she enjoys sharing her knowledge of authentic happiness and optimal living with others.
