As an American Red Cross disaster mental health volunteer, Martha has been deployed many times to provide support to traumatized people across the country. John Ludgate, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist, who has worked as a psychotherapists for almost 30 years. He is the author of Heal Yourself: A CBT Approach to Reducing Therapist Distress and Increasing Therapeutic Effectiveness and several other books, book chapters and journal articles.
