Olchar E. Lindsann is a poet, theorist, publisher, translator, and historian of the 19th Century radical and avant-garde counterculture. He is the editor of mOnocle-Lash Anti-Press, with a catalogue of over 150 zines at monoclelash.wordpress.com. Zine examples are The Inappropriated Press, Synapse, and Rêvanance.
