Synopsis

Have you ever asked the questions, “who am I?, where am I?”, “what am I?” In her book DawnAngela Mickens takes you on a journey of discovery. A discovery of self! Finding herself unemployed after a successful 20 year career in the real estate industry she was upset and frustrated. Being married for 27 years, birthing 3 beautiful children and 4 dogs later she had absolutely no sense of “DawnAngela”. She’d lost her identity! She knew she was loved as a wife and mother but she wanted more for herself. There had to be a transformation. It is the result of the self-discovery that prompted DawnAngela to pursue modeling and then author the book: Timeless Rebel: Empowered to Become a Model at 43. "In this book it’s my sole desire to: Empower – Motivate- Encourage - Inspire"
