À propos des auteurs

Nicolas Charbit est le rédacteur en chef de la Revue Concurrences. Avocat de formation, Nicolas est Docteur en droit (“Le droit de la concurrence et le secteur public”, L’Harmattan, 2000) et licencié en journalisme. Il est le directeur de l’Institut du droit de la concurrence qu’il a fondé en 2004.

Edouard Verté est directeur adjoint de l'institut du droit de la concurrence. Il est diplômé d'un master II en droit de l'Union européenne de l'université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. Il a enseigné à l'université de Genève.
