When Special Agent, John Maxwell, walks away from his job and his family leaving nothing more than a note on a post-it, Detectives Serpico and Phelps start pulling threads. They soon learn that kidnapped FICA Agent, Hannah Leavy, has been hiding out at Maxwell's farmhouse in their seaside community. Another pull or two and they uncover vital information about the criminal organization known as The Realm. When they deliver their findings to former British Intelligence Officer, Rocco Fiancetti, they are asked to walk away from their idyllic lives at Bullet Bungalow and Minty's Shack, and join his team of cyber spies and investigators. What life will They Choose? Editor's comment: I just finished They Choose ... and the ending. The ending! I can't believe what you did. It is so perfect. I love how the ending naturally found its way back to the beginning at Bullet Bungalow. Just brilliant writing.
