Nuclear weapons were the terror of the Cold War, a thing of the past....or so the United States' government thought. When a long abandoned Russian nuclear plant is raided, a terrorist plot spanning nations threatens millions of America's citizens. With a sleepy Virginia town held hostage and a ticking clock until the nation's capital is destroyed, Neil Dugan stands alone. Can one agent succeed in an impossible mission or will tragedy strike the heart of America?
