Synopsis

The laugh-out-loud gift for every Hockey Mom!

If you can’t laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at? (Okay… maybe Soccer Moms.)

Hockey Moms Aren’t Crazy! is the hilarious, heartwarming tribute to the women who live at the rink, drive the carpools, pack the snacks, and cheer the loudest. Author Jody M. Anderson—a proud Hockey Mom herself—celebrates the ups, downs, and icy chaos of youth hockey with funny illustrations, sharp jokes, and real stories from moms and hockey legends alike.

Inside you’ll discover:

  • Rib-tickling jokes about life at the rink
  • Riotous illustrations that capture every Hockey Mom moment
  • Real stories from parents—and even Olympian Mike Eruzione, captain of the “Miracle on Ice” team!

From early-morning practices to expensive gear (and the second mortgage to pay for it), this book proves that every laugh—and every late-night game—is worth it. Finally, there’s a hockey book that gives moms the credit they deserve!

Perfect for: gifts for Hockey Moms, team banquets, or anyone who knows that hockey is more than a game—it’s a lifestyle.

À propos de l'auteur

Jody M. Anderson grew up on a 100-acre Quarter Horse farm, where she boarded, trained, showed, and bred horses. Expensive, time-consuming, and with lots of driving, she now knows that this prepared her for life as a Hockey Mom!

Jody has four children, nine grandchildren, and one husband. They are the loves of her life. One child played lacrosse in college, another was a diver in college, one played hockey at the junior level, and one at the high school level.

Jody lives in east central Minnesota, and her family still enjoys going to professional hockey games and cheering on the local team. Best of all, Jody now has the privilege of watching her grandchildren play hockey. Life is fabulous!
