Synopsis
The Ulans, are raindrop creatures, derived from the Tagalog word “patak ng ulan” (raindrops). They live in the third layer of the atmosphere called “Ulap.” The Ulans come to earth thru the rains to do their earth check- up called “runda.” Every Ulans’ runda brings new adventure.
