Synopsis

In Hell’s Playground, author Jil Plummer tells the dramatic story of Private John Davison’s experiences during the Vietnam war during one of the worst prison riots in military history. The book also explores the devastating unintended harm done to a young soldier by protesters in his own country. Perhaps we can all be more thoughtful and kinder to each other after reading Hell's Playground and walking in another person's shoes.
