Kenneth R. Rohde is President of KRRohde LLC and brings over 40 years of experience in quality management in healthcare, manufacturing and nuclear power. He specializes in technology-based approaches to preventing human errors and analyzing and managing the overall Cost of Quality. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hawaii and is a regular instructor and Leadership Education speaker and the author of a series of books on healthcare quality, patient safety and data.

Karen K. Faunt, DVM, MS, Dipl. ACVIM Small Animal, earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University and then completed her Master's degree and specialty training at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a board-certified specialist in small animal internal medicine. She is currently employed by Mars Veterinary Health and is focused on growing an impactful global quality program across its network of 3,000 veterinary clinics across more than20 countries.
