Since 1980, E.L. Warren has been the Senior Pastor of the Cathedral of Worship in Quincy, Illinois, and an international leader in the Body of Christ. An author, teacher and thinker, he was consecrated to the office of Bishop in 1998 by the International Communion of Charismatic Churches (ICCC).
