Manuel Gausa (Barcelona, 1959), Doctor arquitecto (UPC), Catedrático de Arquitectura del Paisaje / Proyectos Arquitectónicos (DSA-Dipartimento di Scienze per l'Architettura) y Director-coordinador del ADD-Doctorado en Arquitectura y Design en la UNIGE- Università degli Studi di Genova. Co-fundador y Dean (2012-2015) del IAAC-Institut d´Arquitectura Avançada de Catalunya. Director de la revista Quaderns d'Arquitectura i Urbanisme, COAC (1991-2000). Co-fundador del grupo Actar y del estudio Gausa-Raveau actarquitectura. Autor de numerosas publicaciones. Sus intereses de investigación se focalizan en temas de prospectiva urbano-territorial y en los ámbitos de la arquitectura y el paisaje come sistemas -y dispositivos- multi-escalares. Médaille de l´Académie d´Architecture de France.
