À propos de l'auteur

Tony Lee has spent a lifetime in the bar and restaurant business since restocking a napkin holder at a CiCi’s Pizza when he was fifteen years old. There have been brief forays into managing a shoe store and writing music, but for twenty years, slinging drinks, running successful concepts, and training passionate staff members has been his joy, focus, and livelihood. He decided to write this book after breaking a couple of fingers forced him to consider what we do well, what we lack, and how easy it could be for all of us to relax, be comfortable, and enjoy the fruits of our labor. He currently resides a two-minute walk from the ocean on Amelia Island with his 24 pound bag of love, the Kitty Princess Mylo.
