Review Once you get a nibble of this book you are going to want to reel it all in! The Teacher's Tackle Box is perfect for both the novice and the knowing. Take one look and you'll be hooked! --Todd Whitaker, Educational Consultant, Indiana University It was one of the most common sense, down to earth and fun books I have read about teaching. You didn't make grandiose promises of success but just gave good sound advice. I really appreciated your advice on planning everything down to the last detail, including phone calls and parent conferences. You did a super job on this book and I can't wait to recommend it to my MWSU supervisees. --Pat Burton, Supervising Teacher, Missouri Western State University I read your book slowly and thoughtfully, chapter by chapter. It's wonderful.....there's even new ideas and things for an old veteran like me to consider. Being back in the classroom, after a few years absence, I am in reality a new teacher. The students are different, expectations are different, class work is different, etc. There was plenty of food for thought for me. Congratulations to you and your co-authors on a job more than well done. --Marge Lister, Counselor, LeBlond Hish School, St. Joseph, MO About the Authors Sue Nothstine, Nancy Piercy and Joyce Piveral each have, respectively, thirty plus years of experience in the field of education.
